Dietary fiber: It might. Nothing necessarily wrong with fiber supplements, but too much may also lead to problems, including cramping, intestinal gas and even constipation. Asians typically have pretty high levels of fiber in their diets to start with. Perhaps you do not need the additional fiber supplements.
