Probably a cyst...: The clinical profile with limited information as described leads me to think about possible infected sebaceous cyst of the scrotum, which in time will rupture and drain itself but will reappear over time becuase its lining is still there, that is just like a pimple with recurrent infection. Sorry for being unable to see doctors. But nonetheless, if in doubt, still go to see peofessional. Best...
