Possibly: Depending on what is causing the deformity, whether it be bones, tendons, muscles or other things, there may be further correction that can be done. You need to see a pediatric orthopedic hand specialist. While they are few and far between to find, this is who will give you the best options. If you live near a shriner's hospital, they often will have qualified doctors for this.
