Retinoids, AHA: The use of the term "blemished" skin is problematic. Do you mean discolored? Scarred? Acne ridden? Depending upon exactly what is meant, things such as retinoids, hydroxy acid compounds, benzoyl peroxide, lightening agents, and/or sun blocks may be used or be most helpful.

It depends: It depends on what type of blemishes you are referring to. If you mean acne, you have several choices like over the counter creams with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
