Treatment would vary: A most difficult question. What is meant by "blemished?" by this term do you mean pimples (acne), differences in skin coloration, or even skin surface irregularity? Each of these would be approached differently. An exam by a physician would help to sort this out. At the same time, the "chicken skin" could be addressed.
