No: I am unaware of any "natural" cures for hives in the pregnant or nonpregnant state. Hives are tough to diagnose and treat in the best of circumstances.

Hives not curable: Hives can't be cured but are treatable. "natural" substances are not necessarily safe. Many "natural" chemicals are toxic, such as curare, strychnine, tetanus toxin, snake venom, etc. And no "natural" substances have been shown in scientific studies to control hives. Many antihistamines, which control hives, are considered safe in pregnancy, such as diphenhydramne and cetirizine. Consult your md.
