Stabbing pain 4" right of temple on right side. lasted 5 seconds, went away, came back, lasted 5 secs...continued over an hour. now a dull ache. ?

See your doctor: Any type of pain around the temple that's 4 inches long deserves medical examination by your doctor. They can probably advise you better as to what is the cause and what it is. They may need to order special labs, especially if they feel it's from an inflammatory vascular origin, versus just muscle spasm. Depending on your medical, family, social, trauma histories, they will have a better idea of what it could be. Don't delay.
