See your doctor: Depending on how long you've had this, and whether or not it's spreading, or just related to your groin area, it needs to be looked at. Start with your family practice doctor, and see what s/he says. If they need to refer you on further to a dermatologist, or urologist, then follow their recommendations. You need to be seen by a medical expert.

Hyperhidrosis Groin: The products I would recommend for the groin area in regards to hyperhidrosis would be 3% gycopyrrolate or 21% aluminum chloride.
