Ultrasound?: It sounds like you're pregnant. If you had a recent ultrasound and it showed a heartbeat, that's an excellent sign, as risk of miscarriage drops when heartbeat present. Sometimes symptoms (breast tender, for example) can wane and is not necessarily a sign of miscarriage. If you're worried, though, call your doctor and ask for an ultrasound, not unreasonable given your history. Good luck!

Never assume: You have positive pregnancy tests and are beginning to show - it sounds definitely like you are pregnant. If you are having no bleeding or cramping, and in the setting of two prior births, then the chance of miscarriage is very low. You need an ultrasound to date this pregnancy - what is your doctor waiting for?
