Discharge: Ovulation occurs 14 days before your next cycle. If you want to know when you are ovulating then just do the math. Trying to predict ovulation based on vaginal discharge is not very reliable. If you have more discharge than normal schedule a visit for testing.

Maybe: Counting the first day of your period as day #1, most women ovulate around day #14. At ovulation, you might experience a small amount of cramping, a change in cervical mucous, and ovulation predictor kits would be able to measure a surge in a hormone called lh. Everyone will have a different experience, though.
