A member asked:

Does the world health organization have a plan for anthrax outbreak?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Apparently not.: Due to the terrorist events of 2001, the U.S. Postal service installed biohazard detection systems at its major distribution centers to actively scan for anthrax being transported through the mail. They sterilized some mail using a process of gamma irradiation and treatment with a proprietary enzyme formula. Vaccines, like BioThrax are in use. But, apparently, there is no plan from the who now.
