Causes:: Ortho tri cyclen (ethinyl estradiol and norgestimate) lo can cause irregular periods, especially if you are obese. Additionally, this medication has a step down dose throughout the cycle, which can trigger withdrawal bleeding. You might have an infection or other cause. See your primary care doctor for an evaluation.
