A member asked:

Is it unusual for the forskin to the attached to the glands just below the uretha? mine is and if not normal how hard to get fixed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually lower: Usually the foreskin is attached lower on the shaft, just below the corona, or crown. You may have something known as frenulum breve. That spot where the foreskin attaches below the penis is called the frenulum. If it is short, then the foreskin doesn't pull back all the way.
