Lazy: Well perhaps your question really asks if vitamin d deficiency can cause fatigue, which th answer to this is yes. Laziness, however, is a lack of motivation due to choice. So soak up a reasonable amount of sun to maintain those vitamin d levels, but remember that may not kick start your drive to clean your room! all the best!

Vitamin D deficiency: Yes. Lethargy is very common when one's vitamin d level is too low.
