Yeast: This is sounding like a yeast infection. I would start with a yeast cream applied to the area and also consider contacting your doctor for a visit to further evalutate. It might be easier to take oral diflucan (fluconazole).

Vulvovaginitis: Sounds like you have a bad case vulvovaginitis, which is inflammation of the vagina and the surrounding areas. The best way to treat will be to get rid of the offending cause, which can only be done by seeing your doctor. The most likely cause might be a new detergent or change in underwear , otherwise i might consider east , in which case you can get an over-the-counter treatment with monistat.
