I am basically a pure vegeterian..what foods are to be avoided in postpartum? ?

Your choice: There is really nothing that specifically needs to be avoided. You need to eat a healthy diet and continue your prenatal vitamin. If you are breast-feeding, you may notice that your newborn will not like certain foods in the breast milk.

Food preference: The only foods that i can think of avoiding postpartum are dependent on your own dietary restrictions. You can choose to eat whatever you want , just ensure that you have enough protein. If you want to avoid something consider alcohol, marijuana, recreational drugs.
