Complex: As with any donated organ or tissue, concern for risk to the donor must be considered. In oocyte donation this does not seem to be well elaborated, perhaps because of the financial compensation that is legal in the us. Aside from very real ethical issues, the actual donation solves very real challenges in an incredible set of technical feats that are now taken for granted. Pretty darned amazing.
