Many possibilities: There are many reasons why you could have had more illness this past year. Some may be related to pure chance, while other reasons may be related to an increase to exposure to certain infections. If you are concerned that there could be an underlying deficiency in your immune system, consulting with your doctor would be beneficial for an evaluation.

Sinus/teeth/joints: If you have a sinus infection your top back teeth may ache. You may need 2nd course of antibioticYour Dentist can explain the anatomical connection. If other teeth ache, it's not sinus related. Aching joints indicate that there's something else going on besides sinus infection. See both your Dentist and your GP to start the investigation.
