My lmp 1/16/14. im 7w4d. i had a tvus today saw hrtbeat, ges sack, yolk sac andbaby. the u/s said 5w5d-6w3d. when did i conceive... i thought 1/31/14?

Ultrasound: It sounds as if your doctor likely re-dated your pregnancy given that there was > than 7 day difference between due date based on LMP and based on us today. If embryo is 5w5d, then conception was 2/12. If embryo is 6w3d, then conception date was 2/7. So conception likely occurred between 2/7 and 2/12. Based on your LMP conception would be 1/30, but i dont' think that's correct due date.
