Chronic sinusitis: Signs and symptoms of chronic sinusitis are similar to acute sinusitis, except they last longer and often cause more significant fatigue. Fever isn't a common sign of chronic sinusitis, as it may be with acute sinusitis. Gi symptoms seldom occur and this is probably due to something else. Diagnosis is often on a clinical basis but may require ct scanning for extent of disease.

Chronic Sinusitis: Hello, yes chronic sinusitis can be linked with gerd, stomach pain and bloating from swallowing infected post nasal drainage or possibly from a food allergy link. A ct scan is the gold standard to correctly diagnose sinus disease however a careful history and examination is most important. See your ENT doctor for confirmation.
