Get ck when present: After sex, when the area gets the wound, make an appt to have the area looked at to get the diagnosis. Assuming the area only gets the "wound" after sex, it may be some irritation caused by friction or contact of the skin area caused by the motion of sexual intercourse. Best to get checked when the area is "wounded.".
