Fly vs Mexico: Flying is not a problem unless your OBGYN is addressing a particular issue of your particular condition. Mexico is another story - they do not have the health safety conditions that we have in the USA.

Try to avoid : Sushi consists mostly in raw fish. Is not recommended due contaminants/bacteria. Tuna for example may contained mercury. Some fish are sea dwellers and feed on the bottom of the sea.

No: Mild cramping on and off is ok. There should be no bleeding, and prior history should be benign. If cramping gets worse or remains persistent, it should be evaluated.

A little.: Most women who have have normal deliveries of healthy babies can remember having some spotting early in pregnancy. On the other hand
it can be the first sign of a miscarriage which is common. It is important to make sure you
are not "rh negative". If you do have rh (-) blood you will need a shot to prevent problems related to "rh sensitivity".
