It's possible: You will ovulate about two weeks before you menstruate for the first time after a pregnancy termination. So it is possible to conceive before you've had your first period. Hopefully you've been using condoms or birth control. Your symptoms are most likely just that you are still healing from the procedure. You can take a pregnancy test, it will likely be accurate two weeks after conception.

Abortion: Most women experience their next period 4 to 6 weeks after a surgical abortion. If you don’t have a period after 3 months ensure that you discuss with the physician.
