Vaginal Discharge: Take a pregnancy test one week after your missed period, then you'll know for sure. Basing pregnancy on your cervical mucous or vaginal discharge is really unreliable. Generally brown discharge after sex is a combination of cervical mucous and small amounts of disintegrating blood that turns the mucous brown. Normal to have a little bleeding after sex, which causes microabrasions to the cervix.
