Culture: Sometimes it takes awhile for body to make antibodies to hsv (herpes). If you have these lesions, the next good step would be to get a culture done of the cysts.... That will provide you with a definitive answer. Yellow discharge could also be tested at the time for other sources of infection like yeast or bacteria. Best of luck!
