What would cause drainage from one ear, swollen lymph nodes that don't subside and intermittent hazy vision in one eye? thank you.

Several: Several things can cause these symptoms. The most common one is ear infection, possibly chronic but this can be serious. Other causes such as tumor are possible and should be excluded. You need to visit an ENT physician and get a scan of your sinuses. Good luck!
