apparently i have an estrogen and prog deficiency. i also have a double-triple lh:fsh ratio and irregular cycles. what causes what, how do i treat?

Needs clarification: You need to ask your obgyn if you have pcos or something else. From what you describe this is the most likely but there are other causes as well. Before you can discuss you treatment you need clarification on the diagnosis.
