Yes: Some women have higher levels/production of vaginal secretions than others and this can manifest itself during sex as additional wetness or squirting. It's really just a function of anatomy. All women have glands for lubrication in the vagina, but the size and amount of lubricant that's produced is going to vary from woman to woman.
