I've had constant mid to upper back pain for 3-4 days now and haven't done anything that i know of to pull anything, any ideas of causes?

List is long: Recommend an evaluation. While muscular can be a cause, still, so many other possibilities that do warrant an exam, and answering more questions. Sorry couldn't be more helpful.
