Probably nothing: While it is possible that you could get sick from her, if it is bacterial pneumonitis (as you say) then it is unlikely that you will have any trouble. Viral illnesses, generally speaking, are more contagious. In any event, it is highly unlikely to cause problems for your pregnancy. It might make you sick, but is unlikely to make your baby sick. Wash your hands and give her a wide berth.
