Possible: Is this impossible? No. Is this probable? I would say very unlikely. It is still possible for a tubal ligation (the procedure you had) to "reverse" itself after many years, but is unlikely if they also "burned" the ends. If you are especially worried, get a pregnancy test or go see your doctor. Good luck!

It also depends upon how long ago this was done. Check out http://www.Sfgate.Com/news/article/surprisingly-high-failure-rate-for-tubal-ligation-2985708.Php which suggests potentially higher failure rate. Bottom line: if you think you're pregnant, get tested.
