Water frequently: If decreased urine, dry eyes you may need IV fluids.

Drink!: It is quite possible that you are dehydrated, and may have throat dryness/soreness from the anesthesia as well. The first and simplest thing to do is drink lots of water. If your condition is worsening over time, you should call your doctor or go to the hospital to be checked for any other post-op complications.
