Probably not pregnan: A pregnancy test will usually be positive by the time a period is missed. Ovulation is what brings on a period 2 weeks later, so if you miss your period and you're not pregnant, it usually means you didn't ovulate. The other possibility is that you ovulated late, in which case it might be too early for a positive test. I'd give it some time and see what happens.
