Medical proof?: Your height is determined by genetics, nutrition, and possibly other factors we don't know about yet. There is no medical "proof" that smoking stopped your growth as a teen, but we know that smoking doesn't support optimal health. When optimally healthy, your body is free to develop as much as it naturally can. Now that your growth plates have closed though, you won't grow taller.
