How do you get a non-fda test done without seeing a m.d.? services, laws, shortcuts? in what field should i look toward? not interested in fda/m.d.'s

Depends: What is the type of test that you are interested in trying. The fda approves medical tests, especially those on prescription but also has a hand in some over the counter and industrial testing not needing a prescription. So the best thing is to be specific about the testing you are interested for the best answer to this question.
