Maybe...: It's non-systemic, but i doubt it's been tested in pregnant women. Best to check with your obstetrician before taking anything when you have baby on board.

Mirilax: Since mirilax isn't absorbed, you can use it during pregnancy. However, you do need to make sure you drink enough fluids as it may cause dehydration.
