ARB option: Angiotensin receptor blockers have similar effect like ace inhibitors. If you are taking them you don't need ace inhibitors. Arbs usually end with "sartan" eg losartan, telisartan. However, if by "allergy" you mean that they slow down your kidneys then arbs aren't good for you either. Your lipitor, (atorvastatin) BP ; diabetes control (if have it) are very helpful for proteinuria otherwise.

ACR: Depends upon nature of the lisinopril allergy. Alternatives exist: Angiotensin receptor blockers may be safe. Meanwhile, keep BP below 130/80; keep blood glucose as normal as possible; eat well: low refined carb, low sugar, low saturated fat, complex fruits and veggies and whole grains. Ask about spironolactone or losartan.
