Have dr check it out: Time to see your doctor to have it evaluated further. If there is a hernia, cyst or some other structure present, they can do an ultrasound to see what it could be before it gets larger, and painful. It could be nothing, or it could be something. In either case, it needs to be examined physically, documented, and measured. Then, you and your doctor can go from there.
