Unlikely: The arm is much more likely to be a separate and unrelated issue.

Possible: Rsd or the new term complex regional pain syndrome (crps) can travel from one limb to another as disease progresses if untreated. However make sure arm pain is not coming from your neck first. Either way see a pain physician.
