Unclear on the : Whole picture you are speaking about here. One thing i can tell you, is that anti-nmda is an auto-immune based encephalitis and is not normally associated with lyme disease. Clarification needed: I have no idea what you are referring to. I assume bbb is blood-brain-barrier but I am not sure what anti-nmda receptor encephalitis is.
