Unclear on the : Whole picture you are speaking about here. One thing i can tell you, is that anti-nmda is an auto-immune based encephalitis and is not normally associated with lyme disease. I am sorry i cannot answer more, but if you clarify it a little, i will watch for your question to come back up. Thanks and i hope that helps!

Clarification needed: I have no idea what you are referring to. I assume bbb is blood-brain-barrier but I am not sure what anti-nmda receptor encephalitis is.

Nmda encephalitis is an autoimmune generated encephalitis with specific inflammation and attack on the nmda receptor sites of neurons. Not sure either what the question means, interesting though!
