See: http://www.Snopes.Com/medical/homecure/oilpulling.Asp 2 minutes with a toothbrush and another 2 minutes with dental floss works much better that 20 minutes of swishing with oil. Ask your trained dentist for suggestions that work rather than "tricks" that don't work.

Doubtful: Better to spend that time properly and effectively cleaning your teeth and tongue. Electric brush, floss, rubber tip if needed, waterpik is also a help and scraping/brushing your tongue. Mouthwash (no alcohol) can also be helpful. Spend time on the basics, forget about the "pulling". Good Luck.
