My period was on 01/20. then no period and pregnancy test is negative checked on 03/04. is it something serious? i am 34yr old. pls explain n suggest.

Late periods: It's hard to say why it happens, but sometimes we are just late for our period. Even if it's never happened to you before, it could be happening now. Things like medications, stress, travel, changes in your weight, can all cause a late period. If your pregnancy test is negative, i would see your gyn doc for a check up. S/he might order some hormone blood tests and maybe an ultrasound.
