Maybe...: The swelling is not typical for being this far out from a miscarriage at the time of your period. The only thing that i can even imagine is if you lost a lot of blood during the miscarriage and then had very heavy bleeding with your period. Sudden anemia could lead to swelling in the lower extremities. It might be a good idea to run this by your doctor.
