My right knee moves out and back in and clicks sometimes. it moves to the left and relives my pain. should i stop playing sport?

Knee ace support: Usually clicking , or popping or joints are not a source of concern, unless there's pain involved. So, you don't have to quit playing sports on account of that. However, if you want more support around your knee when you are playing sports, it's not a bad idea to do so.
