Large invisible pimple cameup, i try to pop it nogood, my whole eye is now hugely puffy and sore, hot washers or cold packs? what to do?

Eye exam: It sounds like you have a stye, a clogged oil gland on the eyelid. Rarely they can get infected and cause eyelid swelling and redness. I recommend you see your eye doctor to rule out an infection. They can treat an early infection recommend treatment for the stye, which includes warm compresses, eyelid scrubs with baby shampoo or incision and drainage of the stye.
