You'd know: I'm guessing that you mean is - is what you feel bad enough to count for diagnosis and tx? Too many people (imho) self-diagnose so i always recommend that you take your symptom descriptions to a good doctor (or psychologist) and let them use their training to evaluate your needs. It may be mild enough to avoid meds and learn management skills - or add drugs to get started. Hope this helps.
