Took 1000mg tylenol (acetaminophen) at 1030am and 6pm. it's almost 1am and i have fever and chills again. took 10mg amitriptyline at 11pm, can i take ibuprofen now?

No: These medications do not interact with each other. However, you are taking a high dose of tylenol (acetaminophen). If this is not prescribed for you, i would not recommend taking another dose. High doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage you liver.
