I am 8 weeks pregnant, have done my ultrasound yesterday and found out that i have twins in one sac measuring 7 weeks, no heartbeat!is there any hope?

Not good...: If you are saying that the fetal measurements are 7 weeks, called the "crown-rump" lengths, and there is no heartbeat, then this is probably a miscarriage. I would request a followup ultrasound to be sure given that this is complicated by twins. I am so sorry about what is going on with your pregnancy!
