Abstinence and time: The vaginal fissures will require time to heal. Until they are healed, you need to avoid intercourse. Once you resume intercourse, you are going to need adequate lubrication (astroglide). Having "dry sex" is going to cause these fissures to reform. Request a visit with your ob/gyn to examine the area and determine if there is an underlying cause.
