Baby sucked an antibacterial wipe, just for a sec.i immediately rinsed of his mouth.will he be fine?

No problem from that: Babies put all sorts of things into their mouths, which is why they have to be watched all the time when they are outside of their safe places. They all need safe places at home where they cannot get into trouble. Luckily, babies are tough enough to withstand most of the trouble they get into. Biting on an antibacterial wipe for just a second is irritating to the mouth or lips, but should be ok.
